The Glen Carbon Applebee’s has proudly served the Glen Carbon community as well other surrounding communities since its opening in the summer of 1998. Applebee’s will be celebrating it’s 15th year in July.

Applebee’s General Manager is Steve Hilton, he leads a management team of 4, and together they employ about 60 hourly team members. Their hours of operation are from 11 a.m. until 12 a.m. everyday.

Applebee’s serves a wide variety of American cuisine to satisfy any taste preference. Some of the guest favorites are the Riblets, Boneless wings, and the Oriental Chicken Salad.

Applebee’s takes pride in being a part of this community by supporting the hometown schools, local law enforcement, first responders, partnering with the library, holding can food drives, and also a yearly blood drive. Applebee’s also help organizations raise money through their “Dine To Donate” program.
